Standard rentals are for up to 1 day. We can extend for multiple days at a discounted daily rate.

Can I pick up products instead of getting them delivered?

No — pickup is not available. Delivery and setup are included.

Do your products stand on their own?

Yes, and they are also stackable.

Can I use your products outside?

Yes, in normal weather conditions. Customer must provide a backup indoor location in case of inclement weather.

How many outlets are needed to power the lights?

Just one — the lights plug into each other and then into a single outlet.

Do the light bulbs get hot after continuous use?

No, the bulbs are LED and stay cool to the touch.

What happens if a bulb burns out?

All bulbs are tested prior to installation. We always provide additional bulbs and show you how to replace them if needed.

Bookings are subject to availability. Reserve your rentals as soon as you know your date — a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book.

Our warehouse is in Tyler, TX and we deliver throughout East Texas.

Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and ACH through our invoicing system. Personal checks accepted.

Do you refund after the contract is signed and deposit paid?
